    Why have you forgotten your self? There is no reason to completely submit to your environment in a way that silences your creativity. Describe an experience, image, feeling, or fear associated with your struggle to express yourself.
    What is missing for your return? I'm sure you have come across obstacles. What were they? Where did they come from?
    What of yourself do you want to witness? This is like a prayer or intention. How do your ethics and actions align? What karma do you want to correct?
    What needs to be held? Think of what is precious or serves as a symbol for you right now.
    How are you changing? What is new in your expression?
    What carries and lifts you? What support can you identify in your life, whether you have access or not?
    What can you erase of this state? What does your impact reach?
    Why do you want to forget your body? Get graphic about what the world did to you. Find that you are a poet. Be dramatic.
    How are you already in achievement? Take a moment to give your self credit for your wisdom in how you carry the burden of your emotions.

    occupation Identify a statistic that connects your experience to people with your job or background.

    health Identify a statistic that connects your experience to people with your health conditions.
    geography Identify a statistic that connects your experience to people in your area.
    How are you an outlier? This will help us understand how you are under represented.
    How are you average? What are common aspects of your identity?
    How can you exemplify an energy descent to embody futurization? Prosperity, spirituality, furgality.
    What place is your center? What is local to you and/or supports your autonomy? Name qualities and not a nation-state because they are explicitly exclustionary to be based on borders.
    What policy do you critique? Identify the bleed or lack of protection.
    What extraction needs to be restored? We live in a culture of depletion. What do you need to preserve?
    How are you ready to embrace transformation? What aspects of change are you open to and hoping for?
    What is your creation you want to sustain? What practice is meaningful to you that you want to center and ritualize?
    How do you cooperate with others? Think of what you appreciate about diversity. Think of your obstacles.
    Are you taking a bottom-up or horizontal approach? A bottom-up approach would consider people excluded from the design stage as integral to the design. A horizontal approach doesn't exclude people from the design process.
    What are the consequences of the change you demand? Depict what is special about the future you want to attract.
